Registration Information

Here’s where you can learn about registering for VidUKon 2023!

VidUKon 2023 is a hybrid con that is taking place in the Cardiff Bay Future Inn as well as online in a mixture of places. For Conline Attendees, programming is accessible here on Conline, socialising can be enjoyed on our Discord server, and some items will take place via video meeting platforms. For Cardiff Attendees, everything happens in person, though Cardiff Attendees can of course use their own devices to interact with the online crowd at any time. More details will be made available in our various communication channels closer to the weekend of the con. If you want to be absolutely sure not to miss anything, use an email address that you check regularly to subscribe to our mailing list.

Registration cost differs for Conline versus Cardiff Attendees; please check the registration page for exact pricing. There is a small additional cost if you would like to receive physical media of this year's Premieres. If you're struggling to afford the registration fee or travel cost, we have some assistance funds available. Please get in touch with us at vidukon@gmail.com to find out more about this. You will not have to disclose anything about your personal circumstances in order to receive assistance from these funds.

Although much of the content will be suitable for all audiences, VidUKon is an 18+ con — by registering you confirm that you are 18 or over.

By registering, you also confirm that you agree to abide by our Harassment Policy.

Do not worry if, after you've completed registration, your membership shows as pending. This is normal and your membership will be confirmed shortly. Once registered, you can also click on your name at the top right of the screen and go to Account to change your display name and other details.
