Seeking Discord Moderation Volunteers!

Just like in previous years, we’ll be using a dedicated Discord server as a central social space for this year’s con. This will be the main social hub for folks attending the virtual con, and will also be accessible for folks attending in person.

To make sure this is a welcoming space, we need a few volunteers to take shifts monitoring the Discord server. If you volunteer, you can continue to enjoy the con pretty much as usual during your shifts - just keep an eye out for anything that’s a cause for concern and address it or escalate to concom if necessary. More detailed guidelines will be provided when you sign up.

Volunteers who sign up for at least three three-hour shifts over the course of the weekend will get an online membership to the con for free as a thank you! (If you'd like to do this and you've already registered for the online con, please contact us and we can refund your payment.)
