VidUKon 2022 Assistance Fund

We’re happy to announce the VidUKon 2022 Assistance Fund! This fund, which replaces the previous in-person scholarship scheme, gives small grants to VidUKon Cardiff attendees who would benefit from financial assistance to make it to the con.

These grants are for anyone attending this year’s in-person con in Cardiff, and can be put towards anything that would make attending the con easier.

You can apply for a grant for £50 or £100, and grants will be given out up to the value of £250.

If you’re interested in applying for a grant, please get in touch with the concom at vidukon@gmail.com by Thursday 31 March and let us know the name you registered with and the amount you would like to request. We will let you know whether you will be receiving a grant by not later than Monday 4 April.

If you would like to attend the online con but are unable to afford the membership cost, we also have a number of free online memberships available - please get in touch with us at vidukon@gmail.com to find out more about this. 

You do not need to disclose anything about your personal circumstances in order to qualify for the Assistance Fund or for a free online membership.
